On Wednesday, July 24th, The National Conference Center family gathered to celebrate outstanding customer service and honor three exemplary individuals. As the highest honor an NCC employee can receive, these individuals helped set the standards for others to follow. The program, launched by NCC interns in July 2012 involves an extensive nomination process in which the Executive Team must qualify those whose stories were deemed inspiring and demonstrate superior customer service. These inspiring stories will be shared along with previous nominees and hung on the walls throughout the conference center. Congratulations to the three honored employees, Ernie, Luke and Susanna! We appreciate all you do in providing the best guest experience possible.
